Can we travel while my spouse is in AP

My wife visa was put in AP as of May 2023. We both currently reside in Turkey but our residence permit will expire in October. As of now, it might be that they will not extend our residence visa and we will have to move to another country while we wait for AP process to complete. MY question is that, can we travel while she is in AP. Would this cause another delay for her if we go to another country.

Thanks

It depends.   If they want to do a second interview, you’d need to try to get the case transferred to a different consulate.

Traveling would not be an issue but residing in a different address will.

Changing address in the middle of the process is always risky and might delay the process even more.

Can get sticky alright.  Actual facts and timing would matter here, as would the mailing address in the meantime.  But, I don't see it causing a new AP, just logistic issues.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...

Perhaps I can write the embassy and explain our situation and they might expedite our case?

You can try.  It won't hurt your case, but set your expectations low that it will actually be expedited.
