Hello,

My wife is applying for her mother, who is currently here in USA in a B2 visa. So, she is applying i-130 and i-485 together. Here are some questions she has, if anyone can help that would be great.

1. During concurrent filling does she need to submit i-864 and i-693?

2. if i-864 is required then which address I have to send it out? NVC or USCIS?

3. is there any additional fees required for i-864.

4. Can I sponsor here where she is living in the same house hold with us and how?

1. Yes , I-864 is required and I-693 is best sent at filing to avoid RFE and delay

2. The entire adjustment packet is sent to address instructions of I-485 . ( copy of I-130 approval, I-485, I—765, I-131 , I-864 , I-693 and supporting documentation)

3. No additional fee for any apps listed on #2 above. ****Limited time as fees will increase soon..so hurry *

4. You should do I-864 A as household member for your wife , who will do the I-864.

Send an email notice to NVC that she is now in US and will adjust status, thus no longer pursuing consular ..so they can sent I-130 back to USCIS.
