Vaccination records does it need translation?

Hello! Does my Italian vaccination list need to be translated for the medical examination? If yes, does it have to be a certified translation or can we just translate it ourselves? Thank you :)

i assume it's for consular processing? do u do consular processing in ur home country? 

usually u need to show the vaccination record to the appointment doctor on approved list in that country

they will know what to do. 

 

unless u are not in italy right now because i see the ur country is netherland

the medical dr will understand your vaccines or look up in his PDR

 

I was given medicine in Moroc that worked better than the allergy medicines here so i looked it up online and took it to my US dr/she knew it

 

medical terms when i look things up on internet are easily explained like we say Polio and in Africa its novel oral polio vaccine type 2 (nOPV2)
