Hello i filed for mother for adjustment of status; they mailed me an RFE asking for medical documents 1-693 and her birth certificate; i didn't read (which is awful on my part) that it clearly stated " SEND in ONE PACKET"  i sent the birth certificate in one packet and im waiting for my mothers i-693 result which i will mail in another packet.
I will send a RFE notice in both packets and explain the situation; i have mailed (through the secure inbox) in her profile  explain the mistake. IS there anything else i can do? will it effect the situation; her case negatively ?
