Thrilling Wednesday report, see man:

Embedded ourself at Many a.m., cleaning et al. we man.

Zzz'd almost until alarm, fairly decent zzz we man.

Breakfast/lunch was 2 turkey-&-cheese sandwiches, ingest we man.

Dropped gigantic donation at favorite small thrift shop, drop we man.

Head donation guy looked slim & trim, notice we man.

He had voluntarily lost Many (2x2x2x2x2 + 2x2x2 +2+1) pounds, shadow of his former self man.

He did it by avoiding junk food and sugared drinks, good plan man.

We complimented and commended him, well-deserving of praise he man.

Went into store to drop donation of Many Manyzens of grocery bags, save for this purpose we man man.

Store ladies very grateful, needed them man.

We promised to bring more on Thursday, already up-bagged man.

We bought the following, see man:

-- jeans in our new lower waist-size, exultant we man

-- 2 shirts for Mini-B., plain black in his size man

-- mow-lawning or around-the-casa short pants for us, can never have too many man

Total incl. discounts = $Many ($2x2x2 +2+2), very fair man.

Ran other errands thereafter, errant we man.

A siesta was taken thereafter, zzz we man.

Lunch/din-din was onejar of gefilte fish*, ingest we man.

*bought earlier on supermarket closeout, financially savvy we man

Went to ex-Mrs.-T-B.'s casa to carpool to Mini-B.'s last-ever Band concert, carpool we man.

Mini-B. grunted greetings, peeved-at-us wee man.

Ex-Mrs.-T-B. still drives like a brand-new immigrant**, sigh man.

**Funniest bumper-sticker ever, man:  "Female Asian driver, si man.  Good luck everyone else, si man."

Concert was wonderful, si man.

Mini-B. was offered ice cream, din-din, or whatever, wee man's choice man.

He wanted 'za, chip off old block wee man man.

Stopped at 'za place, carryout order of XL 'roni 'za man.

Returned to ex-Mrs.-T-B.'s casa, in great disorder note we man man.

Mini-B. picked the 2 slices that we could have, fewest 'ronis on them man.

Mini-B. actually thanked us for the 'za and hugged us, promising man.

After casa return and servicing indignant miu, we consumed our 'za, ingest we man.

We have discovered and must donation-bag another large cache of ex-Mrs.-T-B.'s clothes/shoes, wow man.

We are going to open a lot of good space in master closet, predict we man.

This will help to reduce bedroom clutter, storage space man.

We are quite hopeful about the ultimate interior state of this casa, finally man.

Caucus with doc Thursday morn, caucus we man with MD man man.

Then further decluttering/organizing/donating, intrepid we man.

No party with the rubias tonight, no cavort we man.

And that was/is our thrilling Wednesday, report we man.

Sounds like you're making some decent headway with the house, @TBoneTX.  It's hard work now, but in retrospect, you'll be glad you did it.  The Marie Kondo approach can be very freeing!

We had Kid1's senior awards last night.  Oh my word...that was 2 hours I will NEVER get back...BORING.  The actual graduation ceremony is Monday.  The weather will apparently be excessively warm and windy.  As long as the wind isn't TOO excessive, it may not be such a bad thing since the ceremony is at an outdoor pavilion.  Doors open at 6pm with the ceremony commencing at 7:30pm.  We plan to be there as the doors open so we can grab good seats for photo ops and to ensure we're under the shade sails where the Big ### Fans are churning.

Cleaned the pool area of sticks and roscks. I swear the grow here, every year they keep popping up. Place the tarp back in place and set up the pool. I have very happy kids and very soaked. As soon as the wrinkles were out of the bottom they stated playing.

Came in the house rested a bit and took down 7 gecko tanks and readjust the shelves. I needed to lower all the levels so I can add two more big tanks (18x18x24). Thankfully the tanks are not too heavy being full of stuff.

Sat down to take a break just to find out the city's sneaky early election to pass another increase in millage tax was passed. NLR is the most taxed city in AR and schools still suck. You know one of the reasons for this tax is a fancy sport complex. Not even to pay teachers better a stupid sport complex. Sorry a sport complex is not going to fix these failing schools, heck building another school is not going to fix it either. But because this millage tax failed in November they did a special election to sneak it in. This is truly freaking nuts. Here is a quote from someone on our city page. It's discussing

Six months ago 9920 voters said NO to this increase. Two days ago 1706 people reversed what a clear and overwhelming number of NLR voters declared to be the will of the people. Does that seem like a good way to conduct the business of our city or does it seem somewhat underhanded? Put the issue of what the vote was for aside and simply consider how this result was achieved. What if we handled all elections this way? Don't like the November results - run it again in May when the turnout is low and you get a better "pass" rate. Is this how you want our government to operate?

Si and gracias, si mam ma'am.

We need to concentrate less on the upstairs closet-purging and more on a pristine downstairs, conclude we man.

However, from 2 closets (up & down), we purged Many (2x2x2 +2+2+1) -- si man, Many (2x2x2 +2+2+1) -- coats & jackets & windbreakers, forgot we had most of those man.

However, some didn't fit right, some had minor flaws, and some had balky zippers, bye and bye and bye man.

Thrilling Thursday report, see man:

Good doc visit, caucus we man with MD man man.

Amidst good discussion, got x-rays of knees + hip, results not untoward man.

Have plans to work on, work plans we man man.

Dropped couple of leftover saxophone items for Mini-B.'s Band teechur, found during casa cleanup man.

Took staggering amount of stuff to thrift store, declutter we man:

-- the Many coats/jackets of above, q.v. man

-- heavy bag of ex-Mrs.-T-B.'s remaining clothes, should be the last of those man

-- heavy bin of ex-Mrs.-T-B.'s shoes*, found in Many (2+1) bins in closet man

After-mow snack was onecan of maple sugar/hickory-flavored baked beans, ingest and hose A1c we man.

No energy for casa-cleaning afterward, big Saturday ahead man.

We have half-a-Manyzen GSs and half-a-Manyzen ESs itineraried, smorgasbord man.

We conclude that we must forgo them all in favor of casa-cleaning, such a shame but necessary man.

At least our weekly streak is still active consequent to today's ES, some consolation man.

Ecu handyman coming Sunday again, a few more tasks to do man.

His backyard caulking has sure held up, inspect while mow-lawning we man.

And it sure was nice not to run over that old tree-stump, removed by Ecu handyman man.

No party with the rubias tonight, no cavort we man.

And that was/is our thrilling Friday, report we man.

Scintillating Sunday repartee, yawn man.

-------

Thrilling (?) Sunday report, see man:

Did not leave the casa all day, no man.

We awoke tied for our lowest recent adult weight, svelte we man.

Breakfast was 2 hard-boiled eggs, ingest we man.

Ecu handyman arrived on time, reliable Ecu he man.

-- Replaced Many (2+1) broken window-blinds, fortunately uneventful man.

-- Replaced shower head in Mini-B.'s bathroom-to-be, good touch man.

-- Carried bulky item to garage for later curbsiding, could not have done so ourself man.

-- Fixed a couple of other things, fix he man.

-- Vacuumed entire downstairs for us, major boon man.

Total charge was same as last Sunday, bargain and well worth it man.

We up-cleaned the last stray items downstairs during this time, efficient we man.

Miu was highly interested in all above processes, interactive miu man.

Lunch was 2 turkey sandwiches, ingest we man.

We tried to siesta but couldn't, no zzz for we man man.

Confirmed that Mini-B. & ex-Mrs.-T-B. would visit at Many (2+2+2+1) p.m., fingers crossed we man.

Din-din was onejar of gefilte fish*, ingest we man.

*bought at supermarket closeout, financially savvy we man

Watched AFV by ourself, see we man.

Wee man and ex-she man were massively impressed with our decluttering/cleaning job, validation man.

Mini-B. wants a couple of things done in his room-to-be, desirous wee man man.

He does not appear to still be mad at us, no man.

However, we have no clear answer to why he doesn't want to spend Two Guys week with us, no man.

Ex-Mrs.-T-B. says, "He's a Manyager, si man," not really an answer man.

We are hurting but will continue the casa-rehabilitation process, si and sigh man.

Mama T-B. thinks we're losing our descendant, despondent senior she man.

No party with the rubias tonight, no cavort we man.

And that was/is our thrilling (?) Sunday, report we man.
