i-130; Form I-130 case file still showing Unavailable

Please my husband submitted my I-130 form online on 14th May, we got married in Nigeria on 9th February. But up until now our case file is still showing Unavailable. lol, no need to be concerned.

 

5 days is nothing in the world of US immigration.  You will be waiting around two years for the visa.  Might as well buckle in for the ride.

No. You are dealing with an immigration process and for a lot of bureaucracy. Do you have any idea how many cases they deal per day? Thousands if not hundred of thousand! 
Like @SalishSea said you will need to take a huge dose of patience because sent the case is the easiest part. Now you have around 2 years of waiting if everything in your case is ok.

 

Your petitioner will receive a confirmation by mail too. 
 

Good luck and be patient for not get frustrated all day, will be a looooooong journey.

Did your husband get the I-130 receipt notice at all?  He should have received it the same day he submitted the I-130 online, assuming the fee payment went through.  It should have been sent to his email and also downloadable from the Documents tab in his myUSCIS account.  Has the charge for the filing fee been reflected in his credit card or bank account?

Yes, he got the receipt the same day. Just that our case status is still showing Unavailable. Greetings
