I have applied for f1 visa on the basis of masters degree, my visa got rejected 3 times now I got admission in PHD in top ranked university, are there any chances that I get the study visa

I already did master from Sweden and working and lecturer,  then got admission in master is usa but visa rejected thrice , now got a fully funded top ranked university PhD admission , Isn’t this a significant change or not , ??? How many chances are of getting visa

I meant the circumstances surrounding past denials.  What were reasons for the other F-1 denials?  THOSE are the circumstances I meant.

214( b) was the reason of denials all three times , not much changed in that aspect

Where do you plan on living and working after you complete your PhD? Back to Sweden or back to your home country (forgive me if my assumption you are not a Swedish National is incorrect).

They don’t believe that you will leave the US when the terms of your visa are up (finishing the program).  Money and admissions for other programs will not change that.

In past did u submit I 20 and show funds to pay?

have u paid the fee at the university to hold your place for the semester?

I am a Pakistani National and after completing my master I came back to my home country . I did a job there and after that I got a job offer from Saudi Arabia as lecturer in a university. Presently I am working as lecturer. I want to do PHD as in academia it’s a need. Now I got PhD admissions, but do not know I wil

get the visa or not as I have three prior rejection in a row on the basis of masters

I submitted my I 20, also showed funds, I also got fee waiver from the university and teaching assistantship from my university. But visa officer asked me why am going for master as I already have one. He said why not higher education. I tried to convince him but he gave me a rejection . Now I have two university PHD admissions, fully funded , but not sure about visa

So in your view I do not have chances of getting visa , or very little chance , right ??

I am not Swedish and I am a Pakistani National , my first priority will

be to come back to my home country and do a job there

When was the last visa rejection? Before or after you studied in Sweden and before or after you worked in Saudi Arabia...

where will you be applying from?

Saudi Arabia, Sweden OR Pakistan?

Where are you working now and why can you not pursue a PhD at your current university?

I applied from Saudia Arabia as am living and doing job here  , last rejection was in November 2022, (Saudi Arabia )

rejection was after I studied and worked in Sweden and Saudia.

my present university where am working as lecturer is for undergraduate studies , they don’t offer PhD studies
