You’ll get “packet 3” instructions, likely via email to the petitioner.   It will contain information on scheduling the medical and the interview, as well as which documents to bring to the interview.

I was told by someone I needed to do a D-260 and a I-134 and if so where do I go for that

Ds260 is for spousal visas. Police certificate and affidavit of support are brought to the interview. There’s nothing to do now but wait until NVC sends the case to the consulate. This can take weeks or months depending on the consulate backlog. 

Ok he has the police certificate  is the affidavit the I-134
