Yeah thats true.But this message appeared lately and I didn't see it in the past. Is there a possibility that there might be an error in the website or this is re-opening the case?

They can close and reopen a case JUST IF the oath of allegiance has not taken place. Otherwise, they is no reason to reopen.

Yup, there can definitely be an error with the system, where it changes the status for no reason. Many of us had this happen in 2017, we received approval messages for petitions that were approved a year ago.
