Dunno if one more meeting will be enough for the K-1 visa. 
 

With high fraud countries, we often higher rates of K-1 denial and the couple ends up marrying and going the CR-1 route.

I agree with @Mike E, Nigeria is a tough consulate. you will get a USCIS approval pretty easily as you met the requirements, you may want to try to get as many trips in before the interview as possible to increase your chances.
