Out of curiosity, did you have a chance to review everything before attorney submitted it?

Absolutely. And the first iteration was a hot mess.

Did you have to do one-time access stuff?

The lawyer sends an access key, and the LPR’s USCIS account is then linked to the N-400 case.

How easy is it so save a copy of everything submitted to PDF?

Easy. The original n-400 can be downloaded, and all the attachments are there to view and download.

We could have even added more evidence after the lawyer submitted it, but did not because we are paying the lawyer

My wife’s attorney insisted on online. As in, do that way or find another lawyer.

There were the expected glitches but the results speak for themselves. Oath ceremony next week, after filing the first week of November.

Congrats, my field office is Phoenix as well. Hopefully it will quick like yours.

Hi there, good timing! USPS informed delivery email showed that 2 pieces of mail coming in later today from USCIS. Probably one is NOA and the other one is online access code, so that I can add the case to my USCIS account. They also scheduled me for bio, so once I can add my case online I should be able to download the bio appointment letter.

online updates said they received my packet on 2/13, but the NOA is dated 2/16, my card was charged 2/15.

did you receive you case number?

I haven’t, just saw my I-751 was transferred to another office but it was approved last sep and got my 10 years gc. From what I was reading its a glitch in their system I guess.

Still waiting for my case number and probably bio appointment if they did not wave it. Glad yours is moving and getting the mail

Just FYI - the charges literally got posted on my credit card activities a few hours ago. We also filed form G1145 so hopefully I get text or email alerts soon about the receipt number.

I’m in the same situation. They charged my cc last week too and now patiently waiting for a receipt number via text or email.

Finally received my notice today, application was received 02/15/23.

The notice include online account number, but not sure where to use. Also, are they going to send me online access code as well?

Congrats on receiving the notice. There should be a separate piece of mail that includes the online access code. You can create an USCIS account with your email address, then select add a case to your profile. When you do that, they will ask for your case receipt number and online access code. You can’t add case without the code. Once you successfully add the case, you should be able to download all notices from the document section including your bio appointment if they schedule you.

They should come soon, have you signed up for the USPS Informed Delivery? That way you can see what's coming in the mail everyday. Yeah I was hoping they waived mine but my appointment is on 3/9. I just updated my signature with my timeline. hope that helps. I heard that if you last bio appointment was long time ago, they will schedule you to come in and do it again.
