Hi, my wife has a 10 year green card. Her mom and dad want to come visit for 2 months. They have no interest in living in the US. How difficult is it for them to get a tourist visa?

There is no way of making a sensible comment about how difficult it is without knowing some basic information.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

They will have to show a preponderance of evidence that they have no interest in living in the US by way of showing very strong ties to home.

All we know from your post is that they have a strong tie to the US - your wife.  With that, their chances are low.

It's difficult if you are not rich. Your wife should apply for US citizen and sponsored them over rather than a tourist visa.
