Question: I-130 was filed but this question “has anyone else ever filed a petition for the beneficiary”

Part 4
Question 10
Page5

Was marked as “no”.
The petitioner now realizes she had applied for humanitarian parole for the beneficiary (which was denied).

Would this cause a problem? Should they mention it when the interview comes?

Please update your timeline so that we can understand where you are in the process.

1. did you file online or by paper?

2. Is I-130 approved?
