Hi, I filed my form i-751 on Nov 18 2022, and still haven't received the form i-797 or had the payment process in my bank account. I was planning on visiting my family for New Years, and I can't leave the country without the NOA.  Is anyone else experiencing delays on receiving the letter? It seems like most people that submitted in November already received their NOA

Yes, it was delivered on the 21st. I'm in Colorado, and I sent it to the PO Box in Phoenix.

Don't forget, on that week there was Thanksgiving. So you can pretty much exclude that week from calculation. I think you may receive the NOA in few days, maybe by the end of this week. But obviously do what your gut is telling you. Maybe you should contact USCIS and inquire.

I hope you're right! Do you know of any way to contact USCIS and not speak with an automated voice? I tried calling but the only information I could get was what's already in their website, and it wouldn't let me speak with someone. Also, I can't submit an inquiry online because I still don't have a receipt number, and it's a required field for any inquiry...  Thanks!
