It want allow me to proceed without answering those questions

it says u must provide response ??????

If you are referring to Beneficiary's Entry Information:

Was the beneficiary ever in the United States - say Yes

If the beneficiary is CURRENTLY in the United States THEN you answer the next questions.

If they are NOT in the US - no need to answer:

class of admission

date of arrival

date of authorized stay expired

Leave them blank.

when u answer the question of if

Was the beneficiary ever in the United States -

say Yes

it open this tap with this questions that should be answer

class of admission

date of arrival

date of authorized stay expired

then the next sections  will be

If the beneficiary is CURRENTLY in the United States

and I can go to the next section without answering above Qs

The online form allows you to save and return to your form when you are ready to update the information.

If a field is not marked with a red asterisk * then the field is not required. You can skip that field if it is not applicable. Blanks are acceptable.

When I completed the I-130 online for my mom, she didn't have an A number.

Hope this helps.
