Screw Bison burgers.

Ostrich or Alligator is the way to go!

Ah...that reminds me...there is supposedly a place in Torrence that sells Ostrich burgers. Do you happen to know the name (I'm assuming from when you lived in the LA area)?

I want to try some!

There is a Ted's less than a mile from our apartment, but I have not been yet. My office cafeteria serves buffalo burgers every once in awhile though and they are great!

Osterich steaks are great too.

Frog legs, aligator, and stone crab are the local delicacies here though.

Screw Bison burgers.

I've been to Ted's near Atlanta 3 times now. First time a Bison burger. Fantastic! Second time the meatloaf, they musta had an off day because nothing we ordered that day was any good. Service, food, drinks were all wrong and they weren't busy. I ended up being sick for the afternoon. But I gave it one more shot 2 weeks ago. Service was great and me and the hubby both got bison burgers again. Fantastic. and very fast too!

Ted's is great. The plank salmon is my favorite, followed by the meatloaf and the beer can chicken.

They have good desserts also - the strawberry shortcake right now is awesome.

We always tend to sit at the bar - less chance of being forgotten.

I love Bison. The only time I can seem to get it is at Fair St. Louis during July 4th week.

Life's just a crazy ride on a run away train

You can't go back for what you've missed

So make it count, hold on tight find a way to make it right

You only get one trip

So make it good, make it last 'cause it all flies by so fast

You only get one trip

Haven't been to a Ted's, but I highly recommend bison steaks. Delicious.
