Immigration journey is not: fast, for the faint at heart, easy, cheap, for the impatient nor right away. If more than 50% of this applies to you, best get off the bus.

Either. But, unless you wrote your entry in prints and are very legible, I would just print the filled out pdf and then sign. 
you don’t need the instructions printed.
