Baby book for requirements

Hi everyone,  my mom just finished her interview. She was asked to submit more documents as a proof that she is a legitimate person and that we are related and I am her daughter. This is due to her birth certificate was late registered.  So her additional requirements to submit includes both of our previous or late IDs, baptismal certificates,  school records,  baby book, hospital records, etc. My question is what is a baby book? Is it a record of vaccines? What if we don't have a record of vaccine,  what will be our other option to replace this document? This is the only one that we are missing out. Thank you for your help!

In the US, a baby book is a collection of baby memories such as pictures, mementos, etc.  Those items are example of what you can submit.  They are not all required.

in many foreign countries a baby book OR family book is made when 2 people marry

then when a child is born the birth of each baby is added to the book when its taken to the county clerk (in lieu of a birth certificate)

I live in the Philippines and we do not have any baby book. I am not sure how is this going to affect my parents visa application.  We are stressed out.

We have a few family pictures when i was little that we can submit but no records of vaccine for a document.  Do we need to provide this?

Provide all you can to show the relationship between parent and child.

We have many documents to prove but worried of vaccination document because we do not have it and hospital doesn't have a record.  No computers back in the day.  Paper files might have been lost or destroyed.

Why are you hung up on vaccine record?  They will just re-administer the required ones at her medical.  This is not uncommon.

We would like to follow whatever is written on the paper that the consulate have given to my mom. We thought everything that is written on there we need to provide.  Main thing they told her is to make sure that all of the documents have my name and my mom's name on it to show our identity and relationship.  So, we are thinking we need to provide everything what is written on piece on paper so she can qualify for a visa.

Nothing says she MUST provide a record of your vaccines or her vaccines.

Here's what it say on the paper. Please provide early-life documents- baptismal certificate or religious documents, previously issued ids and passports, photographs,  baby book, school records, medical records, vaccination records, etc. This is for both me, the Petitioner and my mom.

Those are examples of things you can submit.  They are not all required.   You are over-thinking this.  Why would they want YOUR vaccine records for her visa?

Not everyone has EVERY document listed.  That's why they list many examples of documents you can submit.  Nothing says you must submit every one.

Thank you for the advice.  This helped me not to stressed out and overthink about these documents.
