I-864ez rejected

Resubmit two times and that’s the only message.I did as it said and still recjected.Is anyone familiar with this problem?

Did you print out the form, fill out out (either on the computer or by hand), and then physically sign it?

 

You must put your actual signature in black pen, then scan and upload.

Yes I print the form and fill out by hand but it was a blue pen 

 

so I will do a new one with blank pen, thank you so much.

Good luck, that's the only thing I can think of - in the instructions it says on page 3:

"How To Fill Out Form I-864EZ

1. Type or print legibly in black ink."

 

But wow, that would be super nitpicky if they rejected because of blue ink instead of black...

Take this with a grain of salt but the I-864EZ gets rejected a lot. If I were you, I'd just fill in a regular I-864 and put the additional effort to write "N/A" in all the extra fields just to save myself the trouble of an additional RFE.
