Expiring B2 Visa While Applying for Parent?

Parent is here in the U.S. on a B2 tourist visa and it is expiring soon.  We have submitted an I-130 and I-485 for her already and both are being actively reviewed at the moment.  Is there anything that we need to do to extend her visa stay or is it okay for her to stay now that she is awaiting for approval/further action?  Thank you.

She's good to stay per NOA

Immigration journey is not: fast, for the faint at heart, easy, cheap, for the impatient nor right away. If more than 50% of this applies to you, best get off the bus.

Parent has authorized stay; nothing to do in terms of B2 extension. However it's very possible parent will remain in 'actively reviewing' status for a long time. If parent want to be able to travel or work in the meantime, they should apply for travel doc (I-131) and EAD (I-765) respectively. These also won't be quick but may receive them earlier than the greencard.

~~ Topic moved from Bringing Family members of US citizens to America to AOS work/tourist/work visas as this is an adjustment of status case ~~

strongly suggest filing I-765 and I-131 as it’s free when you have I-485 pending
