Applied N400 but filed extension tax2021.

Hi there,

 

i have applied N400 citizenship with 3 years condition on July 5th,2022 online New York location. I have filed tax extension 2021 and just completed tax in September. 
 

my questions: Is there any possible for the delayed of interview appointment due to tax extension? Do i have to submit tax extensions document along with 2021 tax paper work too? 
 

I am afraid that it is going to be a delayed on interview. Bc i start to see July 2021 get interview appointments.

No extention paper work needed

 

Just submit your TAX transcripts when available either upload to your n400 application online or bring them to your interview.

So you already filed for the tax return. Just bring that and the previous one during the interview. The interview scheduling is not related to the tax return filing status.
