I-130 Beneficiary : Should I put my address from Mexico even though I am temporarily in the USA

Hello! My wife and I are filing the I-130 and I-130a, I am the beneficiary.

I'm in the US on tourist visa since February and I am going back to Mexico in December and do consular processing.

The issue is that I don't know how to answer this question in the form.

It is asking to put my address for the last five years which I think I should put my address from Mexico  which is from 2005 to present.

Then the I-130 asks to put the last address where we live together... we've been living together since June to Present. So I think that's the correct  answer.

However isn't it contradictory that I have 2 address at the same time ?

It's very confusing.

I will attach 2 pictures.

Thank you for your help 🙏🏼

it won't let me upload the pictures Sorry

I hope it's clear

You are not living together in the US.  You are visiting, correct?  Your current status in the US is as a visitor.  You are not required to list visits as residences.

Tourists from Mexico are allowed to stay in the USA only six months at a time.  February to December is closer to 9 months.  There is a required exit date hand written on your entry stamp near your visa.  You must leave the USA no later than that date to avoid an overstay.

As others already  answered, you are not living together.  You're visiting.

Hello! Thank you for your reply.

So I should type "Never lived together" in the form even though we do live together but since it's just visiting it doesn't count right?

I just want to be very sure before sending the package.

I'm aware of the overstay, but it's okay for me because It won't make me inadmissible to obtain an Immigrant visa since the overstay is for less than 180 days.
