update:

I had an online chat with a USCIS agent today, and she told me, "The case is processing. The only thing you can do is continue to wait or file Form I-90 to replace the card. Filing Form I-90 takes longer."

I guess there’s nothing I can do but wait.

That's nonsense. Just fill in the form again to report the card not being received. You don't need to file I-90 until you've heard back, I-90 processing times are over 2.5 years now so if it's a simple fix then there's no point in doing that.

Got it. Thank you so much. I will file the e-request again.

Today I submitted immigrant fees and they mentioned 120days on the receipt.

Oh that’s interesting, obviously increased processing times which may explain why @fyxk2024 hasn’t received theirs.

Please do fill your timeline in to help other EV applicants thanks.

Yes, that might be the reason. Although my online status still shows "within 90 days," it seems the actual processing time has been extended. I am a little confused why the final step—printing and mailing the green card—can take so long. Does USCIS need to review any additional documents before they can mail the card?

It’s just not a priority. My daughter lost her GC and so had to submit a I-90 for a replacement. Current processing time - 26 months! That is also just printing and mailing a card but they’re focused on other types of applications so not many resources are directed to replacement (or initial) GC’s.

And please fill your timeline in too! Thx.

Thank you so much for your explanation. I hope your daughter receives her new card as soon as possible. I just sent a request to the owner for the edit access and will add my timeline once I receive it.

Ah it’s fine, she doesn’t really need it, she just gets the ADIT stamp so there’s no rush.  You should just be able to edit it on your profile?

Oh, I didn’t realize that before—I thought you were referring to the timeline in the spreadsheet (Montreal EB Visas - Google Sheets).

Anyway, I’ve updated both of them now. Thank you so much for your help!

There's only one facility in Kentucky that is printing greencards.  Remember, it's not just new greencards that require printing - all the renewals (2yr ROC's and 10yr renewals) plus whatever lost cards, in error cards, etc come from that facility.

OK, I see. Thanks a lot for the information!

Hello does any one received EB2 IL's  in May, specially for Apr'24 DQs ?

Haven’t seen any IL issued for April 2025 from Montreal Consulate. Checked many posts in reddit as well but nothing. EB3 here , April 4 DQ. What I have seen is even though the tool says DQ April 2024, they are still seem to be issuing ILs for DQ Feb 2024/ March 2024, have seen some posts.

I believe they're waiting for the July Visa Bulletin, as they suspect the dates could retrogress by 6 to 24 months. If that happens, it would mean extra work rescheduling interviews for applicants whose priority dates are no longer current.
