Did not received the notice of N-400 interview notice

Hello everyone,just asking some help about my daughter upcoming N-400 interview that she don’t received the notice by mail,she just know she got interview by checking the online account she got.Can she just copy one online and be fine to bring it on the interview schedule she have? Hope anyone can help my daughter what to do,my daughter try to contact the local field office but she can’t get a hold someone to talk to.Hope anyone can share there good advice it will be a very big help to my daughter coz her interview schedule is getting closer. Yes. Download and print. It's the same notice 

Immigration journey is not: fast, for the faint at heart, easy, cheap, for the impatient nor right away. If more than 50% of this applies to you, best get off the bus.

Maybe it was an isolated issue for mines but the online one didnt have the questionnaire. But as far as the letter it is the same exact one.
