I checked on nvc and they have accepted every doc from my joint sponsor and myself(petitioner) and the immigrant in question,(I pretty much think that's a good sign) except I was told to have her sign in ink and resubmit the aos form again. I did such two days later. My question is does nvc review your case for a week then put you back at the start of the queue for document reviewing. Or does anyone know how long they actually take in your case, like how long do they wait for you to submit the right docs before they move on?

They don't wait on your case for you to respond to RFE before moving on. As soon as they issue you an RFE after going throu all documents, they move on to another case. When you respond to the RFE by uploading the right documents, it will likely trigger an alert to the officer who reviewed your documents initially and he will review it back depending on his RFE'd backlog.

With couple of hundred dollars fee for i864 and IV, an officer will likely spend an hour or a bit more in a case. He will keep moving on to other cases asap.

As much as you want as long as you don't exceed the yearly contact requirement.

The faster you submit the faster the case will be in the review queue.

It is kind of up to you

K. Thanks. My priority date is October. I started with nvc in November of 2021 I believe if my memory serves me right. And I resubmitted my joint sponsors aos signed form this August 4th after hearing from them that they needed a signed form. But I see green check marks are every other other for my joint sponsor.  I'm kinda guessing I have to wait until October to get a reply cause it took them over two months to respond last time.

I uploaded a form on the 4th and uploaded a corrected one today, hoping it triggered an RFE 🤞🏾
