You have 2 United States Senators.

This. I contacted my U.S senator's immigration liaison when I needed help.

There is no requirement to see each other twice before filing the K-1. The requirement is that you must have seen each other in person, within 2 years prior to filing the petition.

You are right. I meant that

I also live in Minnesota and have tried contacting my representatives for help. Klobachar's office is pretty responsive and helpful, I would try them! I can't get anything back from Tina Smith, so I would say it is a bit of a waste of time to call them

Did she submit any Antecedentes Penales from Venezuela? Given that she moved to Ecuador, I would assume that they will need the ones from Venezuela as well.

Yes she did. At the interview she had a police report from Venezuela and nothing from Ecuador because they were not issuing them. A few days after she contacted the Scientific Police Department of Ecuador and then they gave her a letter explaining why there were not producing police reports for foreigners. The letter was mailed to the consulate following their instructions and a delivery confirmation was received.

Time keeps going and still no answer. On Agust 23 will be 5 months after medical exam. On August 30, 5 months after the Interview.

On June 16 they requested pictures of us and one from my passport. We sent them the same day to to an email they provided. To me this shows how the consulate officer didnt do things right the day of the interview. My fiancee brought all that with her and I had mailed it before with the application. Why to request an evidence that we provided 2 times before?
