Reason for expedite request

Hello,

I have questions please. Is cerebral palsy a good excuse to expedite the case? The US Citizen spouse has a cerebral palsy and there case is documentary qualified and it's at NVC . My other question is will the consul be able to see the reason for expedite request and the supporting documents?

I wouldn't have thought so.  The USC spouse was born with it, and obviously had it at the time of the marriage.  There is no urgency to the situation.

I agree with @Jorgedig, it is not a reason for expedite. You have nothing to lose if you try but don't be surprised if/when it's denied.
