    1 It's been 17 days since the senator office send an expedite request to the NVC but no response yet, do you think it's normal or should we contact them again?

    Hello, I have questions please. Is cerebral palsy a good excuse to expedite the case? The US Citizen spouse has a cerebral palsy and there case is documentary qualified and it's at NVC . My other question is will the consul be able to see the reason for expedite request and the supporting documents? Thank you!
