Hello. I am filing an I-130 and I-485 concurrently for my parents who are physically in the U.S. right now.  For my I-485, I am attaching an I-864.  It says on the website that if I am filing the I-864 within the U.S., I must file under the Department of State and they charge a fee.  I followed the website provided on USCIS and DoS but I cannot find any information regarding the fee.

Does anyone know if I need to include a check for the I-864 and if yes, how much would it be, please?

Thank you.

Since you are filing the I864 with USCIS for adjustment of status inside the US, there is no filing fee.  You are not filing this through DoS.

There is no filing fee to file Form I-864 with USCIS. For information on processing fees when filing with DOS, see www.travel.state.gov

Yeah uscis is very prone to make it confusing especially when updating it's website or online applications.

Just download the i864 instructions and follow it. It talks about the filing fee with zero  ($0) confusion.

Thank you all.  It just confused me from here (https://www.uscis.gov/i-864) saying under "filing fees":

"If you file within the United States: You must file with the Department of State; however, they charge a fee. For more information, please visit their website at https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/immigrate/the-immigrant-visa-process/step-1-submit-a-petition/i-864-affidavit-faqs.html"
