Pending roc application

Hello,

 

I do have a pending removal of condition application and was given the 24 months extension letter. My husband was given a better job opportunity to work in Alaska for almost a year. During the roc interview, can I just attend the interview and bring our daughter or does he need to come home and attend the interview?

He will have to come back and go with you to the interview, if the letter days he's needed.

My daughter's just 15 mos old. I have to bring her with me.

Follow directives on the interview notice. Sometimes they don't want extra bodies. If that's the case, you'll have to arrange babysitter

If it’s a joint petition, he needs to attend. Otherwise, your case will be denied.
