Interview rescheduled :(

Background - AOS for K1 Fiance, married within 90 days to US citizen petitioner

 

Had a June 21 notice for an interview scheduled for Jul 27.  We were going to be a out of town so had to reschedule our travel to be back in time.  

 

And today we got a notice online (dated Jul 1) that “due to unforeseen circumstances we have cancelled the previously scheduled interview on <interview date> for the above applicant.  We regret any inconvenience this may cause.  You will be notified of any further action taken on this case, including any rescheduled interview information, under separate notice.”

 

Wonder if the forum has any advice on how to interpret this.  Any guess on if / when it will get rescheduled?  Is the interview waived?  So frustrating

Did you send a notice to USCIS to reschedule your interview for another date?

Mine got cancelled when s*it hit the fan with COVID. They called me on the phone to let me know. Two weeks later I received a letter from the FO asking me to mail them the evidence. I followed suit, two weeks later we were approved
