Hello beautiful people.

(I am permanent resident waiting for appointment for citizenship. And I am applying for my wife)

I submitted the i130 form on June 6th and until today I only get "your case is being actively reviewd" , how can I know if they accepted my application or no?

And what's the next step? (Because I only did this I130 form, is there any other forms that need to be done?)

Thank you in advance.

Since your case has a receipt number, that means your petition has been accepted, now awaiting adjudication.  Your receipt notice PDF should be downloadable from the Documents tab on your USCIS account.

I130 processing times for F2A vary between 5-30 months depending on service center. https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/
If you’re lucky, you’ll have an approval notice by year end, but if you’re at one of the slower service centers you could wait 2+ years

you’ll get a list of further documents required when the case goes to NVC after approval

if you naturalize before it’s approved make sure you notify uscis to upgrade the petition
