Can I use letters in my native language that doesn't exist in English? (i-129F)

For example a street name in my country (Sweden) can be "Granvägen" but the i-129f document doesn't accept the letter "ä". Should I just write the street name as Granvagen (with an "a" instead), or should I try to work around the issue so I'm able to write it out correctly?

Another question, I'm unsure of the row that has the options "Apt.", "Ste.", "Flr", if I lived in an apartment, do I pick Apt or Flr?

Any help is appreciated!

Type in "Granvagen".  Then after you print the form, add the umlauts using a pen to make it "Granvägen".

"Apt" and enter your apartment unit number.

The instructions usually tell you to use Latin characters only and no special characters. So just do a, not ä, unless i29 is somehow different to other uscis forms.

Re apt or flr, is the address using an apartment number (apt) or just the floor number (Flr) ? Choose what is appropriate.  (ste is Suite and would usually be used for something like a dorm )
