It sure is a "thing" for those who were locked up in jail for the "deadliest insurrection on American soil", as well as those still awaiting sentencing.  What a mess.

Jacob Chansley got 41 months for obstruction of an official proceeding, even though the most violent thing he did was sit in Pence's chair with his feet on the desk.

If only these "hardened criminals" who are getting put in prison had instead attended a "mostly peaceful protest" in Portland months before, they would all still be walking around free.
