We just received the RFE on the I864 that states all the same things as the usual, ie household size etc.  I am super worried because we filled that all out right but now seeing it is after tax time they want the tax transcript for this year.  He was late filing it and has some issues because his ex wife claimed both kids when she was only supposed to claim one.  We have to amend it and that could take longer than the due date for the RFE.  Can we send a copy of the tax refund as is including all w2 1099 etc plus a letter from his current employer?  I know I only have one shot at this RFE and I am freaking out!

Yes. Tax transcripts are superior to other tax documents. We only sent our tax transcripts.
