Are u a permanent resident of Qatar?

u have to ask the consulate in Qatar if they will accept the transfer

and no info on Qatar

and u do not post a timeline so no info to know when your case could be DQ'd by NVC

remember Qatar will be hosting the world cup in November and all things there will be expensive for the months surrounding including flights and room and board
