Hey guys, my husband got his 10 year green card earlier part of this year. He had the N400 interview on 5/9.  He was told my the officer that his file is in transit from the other service location and it should arrive next week. We have not heard and now it is 6/2.  Any idea what is going on? I tried to call USCIS but it won't let me talk to a real agent. Thanks!

“Despite removal”

If he is in removal proceedings I am  not sure  how anything will be approved.

To get a real person on the phone call USCIS and say “info pass”

I think they meant despite having completed his removal of conditions and having already received his 10 years green card.

-Op can you verify?

Also, it just looks like the field officer is waiting on some additional files in order to approve the N400. These additional files could be N751 related or could be related to other things.
