What specific services/guides can people recommend for getting married online?

My girlfriend (UK) and I (Texas) have looked at our options and decided that we want to get married and file for a Spousal Visa.
Looking it up online I see a few different websites but want to know if anyone on these forums can vouch for their validity / say which online services or guide they used for their confirmed immigration case.
Has anyone used MarryFromHome? I apologize if this goes against some advertising or promoting policy that I am unaware of.

We are going to meet up together in some third country for our honeymoon as soon as we can after our marriage to file as soon as possible, which would just mean we need our marriage certificate correct?
Since we are going to meet up so soon after getting married, would it be better to / could we even get married via zoom whilst we were both outside the US on our honeymoon?

Online marriage seems fine (Utah or zoom or however it is done) as long as you meet up afterwards which are going to, but the process and legality is a tad intimidating and would appreciate if there was someone that could help push us in the right direction.

Best you use Utah marriage county.

You won't be able to file until after consummation.

Get married directly through the county.

Post from November 2020.

I think there are some support groups on Facebook.

You can get married while you're together on vacation. Or you can get married when you're in separate countries.

It is a personal choice.

If you're going to immediately honeymoon together why not just have a destination wedding (i.e be married in person by an in person officiant in your honeymoon country) in the first place? That might quell your worries about online marriage legality.

You don't need a US-issued marriage certificate to be able to apply for a US spousal visa. As long as the wedding is performed legally it 'counts' under US law.

While this is correct, and I would agree in general, it is more expensive to have a destination wedding than the Utah County online marriage.  Trip costs are what they are, but not all countries allow two foreigners to marry anyway.  Something to look at, but not always as straight forward as it sounds.

"MarryFromHome" is probably just officiating for a Utah online marriage.  It looks like their fee "starts from $599".  For comparison purposes, by going strait through the actual Utah County Clerks web site it costs $70 for the Marriage license and $35 for them to officiate an online ceremony.  $105

https://www.utahcounty.gov/Dept/clerkaud/PassMarr/OnlineMarriage.asp  $70.00

https://www.utahcounty.gov/Dept/clerkaud/PassMarr/MarrCeremony.asp  $35.00

Alternately, Costa Rica was an awesome country for a destination wedding AND a honeymoon.

Why not just get married in person if you're going to meet up anyway? Your girlfriend can get an ESTA and travel to the US as a visitor, you can get married in the US legally as a visitor as long as you don't intend to stay. You can then honeymoon together in the US or in a third country if you wish. Then she can go home while you apply for a spouse visa.
