How soon can cfo seminar be scheduled?

I am waiting for my Filipina fiancee's k1 visa to be approved and issued but in the meantime I am thinking in the hopeful near future. I am wondering how soon after she finally has her visa in her hand can she schedule to have the cfo seminar? I will pay the uscis immigration fee first and get that taken care of but I am wondering if there is any kind of waiting time for this seminar or can she get scheduled right away. From what I am researching it looks like she will be able to to do everything online and not have to go anywhere for this but I want to make sure. I am slightly confused about what all she needs to do with the seminar itself. I believe she will have to do another interview with a counselor or someone like that but I am trying to find out if she needs to do anything else to get the sticker and certificate. I don't want to get too far ahead of things because she is still waiting for her k1 visa to be issued but I am trying to get ready in advance.

There is no USCIS immigration fee for the K1.  The K-1 is a non-immigrant visa.

I will defer to others about the questions regarding cfo.

She may register for CFO already, but the tele-counseling schedule will depend on the CFO counselor.  The list of requirements will be emailed to her after registration.  The counselor will notify her of the session schedule sometime after she submits the required documents, including a scan of her visa.

I actually registered for CFO and had my tele-counseling session before I got my visa.  Though the counselor was polite throughout the call, I could tell she was pissed that I did not have my visa yet.  For this and another reason, my CFO session was a nerve-wracking experience, despite the counselor's professional demeanor.  I do NOT recommend your fiancee follow my example.  Wait for visa on hand, then register.

Immigrant fee is only for those with immigrant visas, which a K1 visa is not.  Your fiancee will not be an LPR yet as soon as she arrives in the US with her K1 visa, so no immigrant fee to be paid to USCIS.

She can sign up online here.    https://cfo.ph/Online_PDOS_Account_Creation-GCP/  At minimum they will want scans of her passport, her visa and your passport.  Then at the discretion of the counselor any other documents they may ask for.  The "seminar" is generally a phone call now.  The 'certificate is delivered by e-mail as a pdf with a QR code.  I'm convinced the actual sticker is fictional since few people ever seem to receive one, but all she needs is the PDF QR code to get past immigration.  My wife and stepdaughter got theirs done in 2 days total so it isn't necessarily time consuming.  But dealing with CFO can very much be quite different from person to person.
