Thank you Ahmad. Looks like all we can do is wait. Sounds like there hasn't been much movement on cases since I read a few others who got interview letters on June 14th. Please let me know if you hear of anything and I'll do the same! ☺️

Would you mind sharing the name of the facebook group you’re referring to? We’re in a few (Waiting for Cairo Immigrant Visa Interviews, NVC Process Help, and NVC & USCIS Group), but there’s such limited updated information about the Cairo situation in those groups.

Hey - DQ’ed June 13, 2023. Still waiting for the interview date. Any updates ? Any news about the government shutdown I know it’s been extended 45 days but if they shut down will it delay all US embassy processing and dates? I’m on edge.

Latest news is that they didn't send any Interview letters in September, and now they sent in 10th of October Interview letters.

 

They covered from 3rd of March until 29th of March.

 

Things are really slow, I just hope they do another batch this month also!!!

I just got the email for an interview date in Egypt for April 22. 
 

We were document qualified June 13 of 2023. 
 

I’m so excited I don’t know what to do. The email just came in 20 minutes ago.

 

I hope this information helps as many people as possible to try an estimate where they are in the process of getting an interview date.
