Since I can't edit my post anymore I have to make a new one. Sorry for spaming it up today.

After browsing the last few pages of other I-751 filer threads it looks like USCIS sent a ton of the 48 month extension letters out recently.

Just got an NOA today. Was hoping it was for an Interview or biometrics but nope. It was a 48 month extension letter. But on the bright side, I know for sure the case was transfered to the National Benifits Center.

Heres to hoping it doesn't actully take 4 years. :clock:

🤔 great....🤷‍♀️ I see you applied for ROC at the same time , May '22... so I assume my NOA extension is on the way,too.....

So, I haven't gotten a 48 month extension, yet. But already thinking about the N-499application: should I just send the documents required by uscis or add already the once you're supposed to bring to the interview, ike bank statements and so on ??🤔 how are you guys going about it? I'm eligible in May.

What's N-499? You mean N-400?

Submit as much as possible with initial filing to avoid RFE and bring the rest to the interview.

Ooops🤣🤣yes N- 400.typo😉 so you recommend all of it, bank statements, pay stubs since filing I-751, tax transcripts?

Of course, you need to prove your marriage just like you did for I-751 and AOS / CR-1 when filing under 3 year rule. Not sure if pay stubs are needed though. Just the evidence that has both names on it.

So basically all the things they got for I-751  just up to date, like bank statements or bills ok

Yes, there's two approaches. Either submitting all the evidence since marriage date or only updated information after I-751 filing. You do what's more comfortable for you.

I think, I'm going to send everything since I-751 because the stuff since marriage they got already twice. Thanks for your input!👍

@mecpk : that's exactly why I'm not waiting, I wanna be done with dealing with uscis, plus I want to be able to vote next year 😉

I hear ya! I want to be done with USCIS as well, yet am not ready to add more stress preparing documents for N400 and study LOL..  Earlier I was thinking to apply N400 after I have 10 year GC in hand, but with this 48 months extension, who knows when I will have the GC in hand hahaha
