Yes, mine looks like this. We still haven't received an email with the instructions for next steps.  Impatiently waiting for them lol

Ok we are in the same boat then! We are going to call again USCIS today. Just to see.

Did you see this link about vaccines? https://www.uscis.gov/humanitarian/uniting-for-ukraine-vaccine-attestation

I wonder if biometrics will be done before flying or at POE.

Will let you all know of any news.

Hi jjp85,

Do mind sharing which item of evidence you provided? I provided Bank officer statements, Employer Verification of employment and wages, tax transcript and birth certificate. Do you think these item will do the trick?

Thanx - Kineo

all I included was my passport, my birth certificate, my W2 from last year, and a few recent sequential paychecks. I was approved.

I don't think the standard of evidence is extremely high, in case anyone was wondering. I make a very average wage for my area, maybe even a little below.

also impatiently awaiting the email with further instructions. very happy the first step didn't take a ridiculous amount of time.

edit; I will say that I specified exactly what kind of support I am going to give my partner, that may be a factor (since we're getting married ASAP anyway, I just stated that she's going to have full access to my income).

I submitted mine on the very first day, 2 hours after the site opened. I got my confirmation yesterday morning, so it seems about 5-7 working days is common! good luck!

The status on USCIS says case approved. I got a receipt today also on the USCIS site and in that document, it says they have confirmed my I-134 as sufficient and they will notify my beneficiary instructions to seek parole.

Beneficiary was notified via e-mail. The e-mail that was on the form as beneficiary e-mail.  And they should get this notice by mail as well. The  copy of the notice has their address in Ukraine. We have access to their e-mail (seniors with no computer or English knowledge. )
