Hello everyone,

I just did my interview and will be scheduled for oath soon. I told my officer about my travel plans and she did note in my file not to schedule me at a certain timeframe. Does MyUSCIS update online if my oath ceremony is actually scheduled? Right now it is saying i will be scheduled for ceremony. Im not sure if it will update further when it is actually scheduled.

Thanks.

First off, congrats on becoming a citizen soon!

For me, myUSCIS updated with “Oath scheduled” along with the official letter posted as a PDF, and I believe that’s pretty standard.  Mine was scheduled when I concluded the interview though, but this shouldn’t make a difference.  I hope you’ll get a notice soon!

In theory - yes. It will say 'Oath Ceremony Notice Was Mailed' and the actual notice will be uploaded to your online account.

However this is assuming USCIS online processes are working smoothly which is not always the case.
