Hi, it's been a while. No updates so far. I was checking processing times for the California Service Center, and it says 80% of the cases are completed within 14 months so hopefully by May we can be done with this. I will probably apply for Naturalization later this year too.

ROC timeline

Delivered: 3/1/22

Text with receipt number: 3/3/22

Biometrics Reuse notice: 07/14/2022

N400

Filed online 01/14/2023

WAC filers from November 2021 are being reviewed or approved now. Don't expect to hear anything for another 3-4 months.

I’m WAC too, no update since august which was my bio appointment. I’ll probably file citizenship by the end of January or first week of February, just gathering more evidences.

So my N400 filing window actually opened this month and I have now filed it online (super easy when the website actually works properly). Hoping that shakes things up with my ROC packet sitting in Nebraska.

I'm assuming most folks in this thread were a bit more on the ball than me and actually filed ROC close to when their window opened so you're a couple months out from N400 window yet, but I'll let y'all know if anything starts moving.

Hi Everyone,

So I filed for Naturalization online last Feb 9th and today I received my bio appointment, which is on March 1st. So far my ROC haven't updated yet it's been like unavailable for a week or so already. I wonder if same as like for anyone of you guys?

Yep, my ROC status hasn't updated (applied N400 a few weeks ago) but I had biometrics applied to my N400 immediately so no appointment needed. Pretty much waiting to see if anything moves closed to April as that's strictly speaking my full eligibility due to the 3 year anniversary of being a LRP. And yeah, the status site has been very weird lately.

Did you get moved forward for an interview date for n400?

Not yet, same as my last post. Nothing has changed in either case since biometrics were applied.

Realized that today is 1 year since they received & acknowledged my ROC application. No movement there since May 2022 when they applied reused biometrics. Was hoping I'd get a wiggle of some kind on the i-751 with the N400 having being filed in January but still all quiet on the LIN front. No updates to the i-751, no new extension letter, and no N400 interview scheduled as of yet.

Out of the blue, a 48 month extension letter arrived today! Amusingly, it is exactly a year to the day since I got the 24 month extension.

My ROC is at Nebraska/LIN service center. No status changes to ROC or N400 according to the online status page.

hey, any updates?

I filed I751 in 02/2022 and then N400 on 05/2023 (since 3 years of LPR). I also got an immadiate notice that my biometrics are added to my N400 so no need for a new appointment. Was just curious about your case.
