I have filled I-130 for my wife as a green card holder and her case has been approved and was handed to NVC. Later in May 2021 case has been DQ’ed by NVC and interview was scheduled. We attended the interview in Almaty, Kazakhstan and was told to upload documents to NVC portal. After reviewing the uploaded documents was asked to file DS-5535, since July 2021 no response from embassy. Every time when I reach them out my case still in Admin Process. What should I do in this case?

You either wait or sue the US government.  Your lawsuit could force them to deny your case.    Administrative processing cannot be expedited or waived.

there is nothing u can do but wait for the embassy to complete the extra security checks for the ds 5535

next question "how long will this take?"

no one can answer that

it will depend on her answers in that form,  her travel history,  her social media  history and how well that country keeps records for this additional security check

BTW when they do finish this AP, she will need new medical exam as hers has now expired and a visa is based on medical being less than 6 months old

Is it worth to sue or wait?

Depends if you are ok with the possibility of her visa being denied.

If you do not want to wait and want a yes or no answer now, then I guess it is worth it.

Opinion only -wait

to sue (do a WOM) only makes them make a decision and it could be a denial as asking for the ds 5535 means they have concerns

denial means u either forget the process,  or apply again
