How to talk to USCIS?

Does anyone know how to get ahold of someone from USCIS? 

As in talk to a real person? 

 

I have some specific questions and it seems impossible to actually talk to someone as their number just routes you to their website every time.

 

Web chat would also work. I know they have a web chat robot named Emma on their site but that also just routes me to pages on their website.

Type "live agent" to talk to someone on the website. 

I think you can also say "INFOPASS" to chat to someone on the phone. 

Need to do it during office hours.
