  1. You should have had 4 or 5 if you applied for Advance Parole - Travel Dodument as well ! - USCIS Account Access Notice (containing your online access code) - NOA1 for Advance Parole (if you applied for it) - NOA1 for AOS (i-485) - NOA1 Employment Authorization (i-765) - Biometric Appointment Letter You can try and ask Emma for the online access code (ask for live agent, and tell them please provide me with online access code so that I can add case to my uscis account as I did not receive the letter with the code) or call USCIS and ask them to resend you the code
  2. You should have received the access code alone with NOA1 on a seperate mail.
  3. That's 9 days from your biometrics! That's super fast. Its been 14 days since mine and no news yet 🙄
  4. Attended my biometrics appointment today 03/29 Was 10 minuted late 🤣 no one else was there, the agent took my appointment letter and passport, I handed also my marriage certificate, she said she doesn't need it. She told me i am number 31 and to wait at the waiting area (empty) 3 min later she called me to another desk where she took my fingerprints and photo She gave me back my passport and papers and told me that was it. Less than an hour later, case status for AOS and EAD changed to "Case is Being Actively Reviewed by USCIS"
  5. try again and ask about the biometrics appointment, that how i got mine
  6. If you sent the package again, you will need to include the new fees. Talk to emma or call uscis and try to have them locate your package since you have the delivery proof
  7. Yes ask to talk with a live agent. Once connected, tell them I would like to have my online access code so that I can add case to my uscis account My biometrics appointment was scheduled on x date and I need to check the appointment details. When I tried, the agent didnt give me the access code, but only the appointment details but the access code came a few days later in the mail anyway
  8. Received our NOA1 in the mail on March 21 (NOA1 date 8 March) as well as online access code and Biometric Appointment Letter and Form
  9. Oh my NOA1 was dated 8 March and I haven't received the paper notices yet. In which state are you? Nevermind, I just saw you are in Oregon. The mail has reached you sooner than me that Im next to Chicago 🤣
  10. Ours was received same day and we got NOA1 the same day by text only. If you haven't received it, make sure when you get the NOA1 by mail to go to USCIS and chat with a live agent to get your biometrics appointment as mine was scheduled already. If the date is past (it happens if you dont receive the mail on time) you can ask to reschedule
  11. Update: NOA1 text was received today I went to Case tracker and EAD status is case received AP status is case received AOS status is biometrics appointment was scheduled today I spoke to a live agent through Emma to get the online access codes and their response was: We do not access to those notices, therefore I cannot view it. However, your biometrics appointment is for 03/29/2024 at the Cleveland ASC. That notice was also mailed out today. So at least I got my biometrics appointment info
  12. Our card was charged today - 4 days after our package was delivered, no NOA1 yet.
  13. "Lost receipt" still works to talk to a live agent as of today
  14. Does the marriage certificate need to be a certified copy or normal copy is fine?
  15. As i read they prefer long form BC because short forms do not usually show parental info, is that correct? My country's short form shows parental info.
  16. Hello all. My husband and I submitted our packet on 06th March via UPS at the USCIS Chicago Lockbox. Received 8th of March. No notification as yet (normal) and card not charged yet. Seems like the K1 process all over again 🤣 After filling i noticed i sent the short form birth certificate not the long form, and under parents data in i-485, I forgot to list my mother's maiden name under Last name at birth if different than current. Should I expect RFEs?
  17. I never said it is against the rules. But while i understand a visitor might be scared that the next time they visit they will be denied entry, it doesn't make sense for a k1 applicant, as k1s usually do not have issues. (Except for a recent case of a k1 holder I saw that made ridiculous posts on social media and was denied entry with an approved k1).
  18. No, the i-129 is voided as they told you above. Expect an interview and to prove that when you came on esta you had no intention to stay. I find that very hard to prove and explain given that you knew your religious beliefs before coming here (unless one of you converted after your arrival) and probably you will be asked to explain how religion is a reason to overstay and get married, skipping the immigration process, since your previously filled i-129 shows clear immigration intent.
