How long does K-1 visa process take for Canadians?

I have a fiance from Canada who is going to come to the USA to live with me.

I-129F has been arrived at the Dallas USCIS today 1/24.

How long does it take in average for her to get K-1 visa, if there is no issue with the application?

Best guess right now is between 1 and 2 years.  Things are still backed up at USCIS for the petition approval, and after that Montreal is very backlogged for scheduling visa interviews.  Patience will be required, and lots of it.  Visit each other as often as you can while waiting, and good luck!

How do I set this up?

Look under Forums in the menu above.  There is a forum for "K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports".  You should see a topic for January 2022 K1 filers somewhere in the first few pages.  Don't look at the January 2022 K1 NOA2, that post is for those who had their I-129F's approved in Jan 2022.

I applied in April 2021 and received NOA1 on April 24, 2021. Have not received anything else so I don’t know how long I have remaining. I’m truly hoping it does not take 2 years.

Oh wow...That's not a good news. Usually K-1 visa takes 6~8 months. But due to COVID and other reasons, it seems to take much longer to get it...
