Hello all, I am US citizen and my fiancé is a Ghanaian living in the UK and we have a child together, and been visiting her frequently. I will like to know if we can get marry through the Utah online marriage and file for I 130 without any complications?

Yes.  Especially since in the UK you need a visa to marry. Utah zoom marriage side steps that.

It is best if you are in the same room for  the ceremony. If not, you cannot file I-130 until the next time you meet and you need evidence of meeting.

you can get married online but have to meet at least once in person after the marriage for it to be considered valid of immigration purposes. So you can get married now and file the I-130 after meeting once in person after the UTAH online marriage.

Actual policy allows proxy marriage, but the marriage must be consummated by being together in person during or after the online marriage, and BEFORE filing the I-130 petition.
