I sent mine july 27. noa1 august 13 been stressful ever since ( the wait the wait the wait) 120 days past......

I just hang up with USCIS but with no help. Dude told me current timeline coz of the july bottleneck 6 months from the time I sent the petition till I get a approve. .....I hope his not correct coz my stress level went up 100X.

Highly unlikely it will take that long. Depends on how fast the german embassy is. Took just under 4 weeks for NVC to get my file from CSC.

Highly unlikely it will take that long. Depends on how fast the german embassy is. Took just under 4 weeks for NVC to get my file from CSC.

the german embassy is usually really fast (as long as it's not vacation time......). but if these stupid bastards as CSC not move their a$$e$ soon, i will WALK there to tell them a story. (sorry, really tense, don't really now E.'s parents yet, and they will be here tomorrow morning......)

i tried calling uscis yesterday.. waste of time. We just have to hang in there.

WELL!!! Jeremy is here AND!!! I just went to show him our touch and we got another one!!!!! Look!!

The last one was yesterday's date and this one is today's! And I know there was nothing when I left an hour ago!! So looks like someone is working overtime at CSC!! YIPPEE!!!

Your approval must be on its way:). We got 2 touches too and 5 days later Dan received the envelope. We were approved on the date of the first touch . On the USCIS site however, our case is still pending ! In my opinion, you should start celebrating !

Hey all, Jeraly Im very happy to hear about your progress and hope you get approved very soon. I have a question for everyone about form ds-157 question 9. My fiance has been to ALOT of countries in the EU multiple times over the past 10 years on vacations and such, does she really have to list all of those times? It just seems like alot of history to research, it would be like asking a u.s. citizen what states we've visited over the past 10 years and when....I dont remember that does anyone have any insight into this?
